Something that I believe SciresM found. It was uploaded to the CDN and that's how he found it. I can't remember when he said it was uploaded though.

That's not the title ID though. He's dumping the wrong thing because it shares UM's icon. These are the correct title IDs:

I am almost entirely certain it's an internal tool to be used at VGC tournaments this upcoming season or something. Nothing the typical user will see in play, probably.
