So I've been longboarding quite a bit and I recently won a local competition my town hosted. I actually got invited to another competition, hopefully I'll win.
The Apex 40 is really great for bombing hills and overall speed, who here longboards?

there are events like this around here, i only watched a few,but it looks dangerous...
the last time i saw one,2 guys broke their arms....

Dang, were they wearing leather/equipment?
I've crashed here quite a few times but injuries were pretty fucking minor thanks to my leather.

You know I started longboarding like 4 months ago, it's really easy lol, you guys should get into it. You can find a decent longboard for only 40 bucks, it's totally different from skateboarding, and was made to be easier and overall cruising around.
