Eshop access and everything is fine except when downloading titles it always stuck at 0%
Ik this is most likely a cdn ban right?
I'm so glad i have dev menu and can install all nsp dlc and updates

But i wonder why does the eshop work and i get no restricted by nintendo error message

Secondly, try to update your system as well (which is one of the questions in the ban report form btw). If that fails, then you are uberbanned.

But it says my system is up to date i'm kn 5.1 how do i forcd update

In that case, try loading a game that needs an update via ReiNX and see if the update installs.

Not directly, yes. If you select Update Download Progress on your console and you download something from their website, it will work if you have a normal console ban.

You wouldn't lose online/eShop directly, but you'd lose the ability to download any content.

But that'd be such a weird way of doing things.

Its a cert ban on a digital title. Maybe you could perform an interesting experiment. I want you to delete the game that has the cert ban and reinstall it with eXhop. I want to see if eXhop generates a new cert for you to play with like the OP of this thread: https://gbatemp.net/threads/exhop-allows-you-to-play-online-despite-ban.510115/

Pretty sure the OP is using Fortnite as a quick example, not that they've gotten a cert ban for Fortnite.

Well, if its a cert ban, any other online game should work then. Atum only bans are...hard to swallow because it doesn't really stop piracy or hacking in anyway.

Doesn't look like a ban more of a DNS resolution issue or problems Nintendo's side of things. Does that happen with any title download? Have you tried resetting your internet connection too?

If it was a ban I'd expect an error code to fire.

I don't think anything has been banned here because it's very weird and there's no error. But if you lost access to the content delivery but not the content front-end, then you could end up in a weird situation like this.

But I don't know how you'd get all the way to an Atum ban before anything else.

When i try to download fortnite pokemon quest update or download anything from eshop it wont start downloading

Agree this is a strange way to deal with bans, the traditional method would be ban access to the front end of the content with a message rather than just a download that fails to start.

Really?! Nintendo doesn't let you download firmware updates if they ban you? Very singular...
