OP
I have an iPhone 4 on 7.1.2 I think and Im pretty sure I just locked myself out of it. I did a thing to change my mac address(I am jailbroken) and when I rebooted, I was met with the infamous activate your iphone screen. It wants me to put a SIM card in to continue. Problem is I dont have that, I dont use my iPhone as a phone. there is an option to plug it into iTunes, but that wants me to just wipe the entire device.

Is there any sort of third party tool to get passed this activation lock out or some sort of hidden feature I can use to get out of it because I am jailbroken? Or is my device just screwed

Call of the FBI. They'll pay professional hackers to unlock your phone.
I would make a serious comment but I don't have an iPhone. Sorry. :(
