Hacking Loadstructor with NTFS or FAT32 Partition

I use Loadstructor to make Wii channels for all of my iso's so it's easier (especially for the girlfriend.), and I like the way it looks.

I'm wondering if I can create channels for the ISO's, and have them work if I have an NTFS/FAT32 HDD as opposed to WBFS..

Loadstructor hasn't been updated in a while. I suggest you switch to Crap (which is known to work with FAT32 and NTFS, by the way).
