Hacking Loadiine gx2 - Smash Bros starts up fine, but right after the title screen I get an error 3034!

I get this error every time I load the game. Not sure what is going on. It seems to be an SD card error as it says "If you have an SD card inserted, please remove it and try again"

Has anyone experienced this?
