Hacking Loadiine GX2 FAST racing Neo Load time

Alright so I recently started using Loadiine. For most games the loading time is relativity normal but for some reason FAST racing neo's loading time is about 10+ minutes. I've reformatted my SD card and set its cluster size to 64KB but it hasn't improved the loading speed. Any suggestions as to what I should do to speed it up?

According to the compatibility wiki:

A supposed fix for the loading times is to rename/cut the folder "scatter" which is found under "content".

I have not tried this, so I don't know if it works. Keep in mind that Loadiine is limited to SD read speeds, so long loading times are unavoidable for some games.
