Hacking Load from USB - No Disk error neogamma

I just got a new 2 TB Iomega external hard drive.

Neogamma will read the list of titles off of the drive but when I attempt to launch a game I get an error - no dvd (n)

When I use my old drive I have no problems.

Any ideas.
