I just installed Rxtools and FBI and now the tutorial I'm using says:

Open your 3DS internet Browser and go to http://go.gateway-3ds.com/ to launch EmuNAND9.
Once in EmuNAND9, navigate to Complete EmuNAND Setup. Follow the instructions, and ignore the starter.bin warning. Wait for the EmuNAND creation process to finish.

Once that's done, you can put all your SD card contents back on your card.
You don't need to put NAND.bin back on your sd card unless you want to downgrade to 4.X

So I go to that address and load up the gateway menu but what do I choose to launch EmuNAND9? Boot Gateway Mode?

nonononnononononnononono, in the emunand9 download folder there is a modified launcher.dat and you must put THAT into the sd.

Wait where can I download Emunand9?
Oh I understand now. The OP of the tutorial updated the method sit it uses Emunand9 instead of the standard GW Ultra file. Guess I'll do a little backtracking.
