Gaming Lite-On 93450c help

I used a xecuter lt switch to dump my firmware, which it did. When I load my firmware it has me enter my serial data which I did, Is that necessary? When I go to flash the drive it writes all the banks fine but when it does verification I get "Write Verify Failed" How do I fix this?

Any help would be great!!

Serial data is optional- indeed if you have a full dump from a switch and it does not have it that would indicate it was never necessary.

As for the other problem I assume the switch was removed or reset to such a point that it is not holding the drive in dump firmware mode. If so I am first going to go with did you erase (as in manually erase) the drive beforehand and power cycle it before writing?

some drives dont contain serial data, i see no point of editing it in yourself just leave it empty.
