can't you make a new save by ejecting the cart while saving for corrupt it on purpose?

or they are like 4\5gen pokemon, they have "dual save" if the new one is corrupted it loads the older one...

I wouldn't pop a cart while saving knowing luck it will make the cart not save anything lol

New Super Mario Bros 2 is technically able to allow you to delete your save data, but the total number of coins you gain are not deleted.
