Hi ,I am new to this forum ,but I just want to warn people about a company trading on the web. The companys name is "SUNNY PARADE".I have bought several items from them,the first lot was missing parts and 1 month later after loads of e-mails and promises,still no joy.Also a whole order worth £200,never received.Opened a dispute with Paypal and they wouldn't respond,still waiting outcome.Also trades under the name <b>EzBuyXtreme. </b>Use them at your peril.

They run out of stock but do not show this on their website. Customers start complaining because ConsoleFever (or another one of their stores) is still taking orders and billing customer Credit Cards but isn't shipping any of the sold items. Your normal e-mails will be ignored. If you start threatening that you will contact your bank to reverse the charge on you credit card - the usual auto replies are:

* We were moving servers and there was a problem with the database.
* During the server change over, we had a lot of email come in that we could not reply to. We are working hard to reply to all email.
* Due to the recent server change, we have lost a very large number of emails. We apologize if your email was not replied to previously. It most certainly was as a result of *not* receiving your email.
* Because of the server change and having to ensure everything was 100% up and running, we have also had a large number of email messages which we have received and we are working very hard to reply to them in a reasonable amount of time. Because of this we are having to catch up on our email and our regular response times of 24 hours or less are not possible.
* ...some other lame excuse for not replying and not sending the items on time.
(if you would check the IP address of the server you will see that it was not moved for the last 12 month)

If you have ordered from this site I have bad news for you...<b>you just gave your credit card numbers to a team of credit card thieves.</b> Let's see if this sounds about right, first they will take about a week to "process" your card, then a few days later you will start to get strange charges on your card. A tiny charge first just to see if it works...mine was "N.Y. Times" newspaper for $1.62. Then they go shopping, all online of course. You need the 3 digit code off the back of the card to shop online so it doesn't take long to figure out who's doing it. A call to "Quad-Tech LTD" their fake front company in Canada gets you a recorded message at the end of which you get kicked to a voicemail box that is full...of messages from all the other ticked off people that they have ripped off. No email responses either. They have been in business since at least 2005, no doubt because they are untouchable by american or any other law being based in Hong Kong or Canada or wherever the heck they really are. Then in sort of a "kiss you after they punch you" routine they send you an email six weeks later telling you they have shipped your item. And that's if you are one of the luckier folks. Some people never get anything. Wow. Listen to me, CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD NOW. Get a new one shipped to you. Granted it will put you out for a few days but it's better than trying to clean up the havoc these thieves will cause if you don't. At best this is a horribly slow company with a thief among them. At worst the whole thing is just to get your credit card numbers. And if you are reading this they most likely already have them.

I agree with the previous poster. I ordered almost a month ago, they charged me right away, and never shipped anything. They are not responding to emails. The tracking number states that the item was never shipped, only billed.

If you order an R4 from itechextreme, they will ship you an N5 with an R4 sticker over it.

They now trade as www.ezbuyextreme.com in the UK. Buy from them only if you want to wait 4 weeks for them to turn up. £ 17.00 fee from customs and then the wrong thing sent. fantastic. DO NOT USE..

I did in fact order from them and I did get what I paid for however the service stinks and they take forever to deliver so for what it's worth look for your item elsewhere..

Mxconsoles is a scam and i wouldn't recommend anyone using it, a friend of mine tried to order a wii chip from there, he entered his credit card details in and kept getting a verification error, after a few tries he went back to the payment screen and the billing address was changed to say his personal details had been stolen!

Is it enough that one person has a bad experience to have a site added to the list? No online store is perfect and there will be mistakes.

I'd suggest to have a certain amount of people mention a site before it is added, or if it is well known to rip off customers.

Well i added those sites because they tend to scam customers, or they have bad service and bad customer reviews. BTW if anyone has a site they want to remove, ill remove it from the list if it improves or starts getting better service and better ratings.
I'll verify all customer ratings of sites daily so i'll add the bad sites or remove the old sites on this list.

So today I receive the package, which was supposed to come with the wiikey, wiring kit, and a triwing screwdriver. I open it up, and presto just a screwdriver.

So I email foundmy, pretty much shaky cuz I am a bit annoyed:

This company is sketchy at best, and if you order, you have a 20% chance of actually getting your order. For those who did get their orders, they got them fast, but everyone else is left hanging with no response to e-mails, and the phone number given is directed to a full voicemail box.
