Note that OoT3DHax also becomes self-sufficient after being installed initially, unless its save is deleted. It doesn't rely on any other *hax once set up (you can even use OoTHax to install other OoTHax if needed). Other than that, you're right.

Well all other secondary hax are like that, but if you've never set up any hax before, then a need a primary sploit
