Misc Linking NNID from 3DS with CFW and Nintendo Account

I've checked the forum, but haven't found any answer to my question.
Does any chance exist to get the ban of the Nintendo Account if I linked it with NNID which is used on the 3DS with CFW Luma3DS? The Nintendo Account is used on the Nintendo Switch without any CFW and on this account, I always buy the games.

I have had mine linked for literal years and I even used it to transfer my Pokémon over to Pokébank and I am not banned on either system. Nintendo really hasn’t banned anyone for using a CFW for quite some time now (and even the one and only time was questionable.)

Nintendo even says it's fine to use an account from a banned console on a different account. They don't care as long as you're giving them money.
