Linking account question

Hi.

I would like to add an account to a new, unmodded OG Switch that is currently linked to my unbanned modded Switch lite, and banned OG Switch. Will adding this account be too risky, and potentially cause my unmodded Switch to be banned as well? Or can I add the account to whatever console I want without any trouble? How do account bans happen as opposed to console bans?
