Hacking Link to Dummies Guides for Preloader, 4.0 etc

My current setup is: 3.2E Wii with cios 10, trucha signer, starfall, a couple of backup launchers, hbc for 3.2

The outcome I want is a 4.0e Wii with cios 10, trucha signer, prelaoder 0.29, backup launcher with 002 fix, and hbc latest

what dummies guides are there to achieve this, or if someone could outline the steps I need to take to do it.

I'm trying to use the search, but it keeps timing out, and I don't even know if this post will even be posted or I'll have to write it again

ok that guide looks pretty straight forward but no mention of preloader, also is the ios60 mentioned patched?
