Gaming Link to Baidu sent from many skype friend

Hello,
I get this message from many skype contact.
It's just a link to a website named baidu containing my skype username at the end of it.
Anyone know what it is? It's the third time I receive it and it redirect me to another website where they talk about some pills that make human acces 100% of their brain capacity

It's malware.

It hijacks skype to spread itself to other PC's.
Whenever you get a link which you don't trust, don't open it.
Especially if it has your username at the end of it.
