ONLY DIRECTED TO ENGLISH SPEAKING NATIVE PEOPLE:
What would you call that "scarf"? (focus on the clothing, not the blondie, plz). Like, is there any specific name for a "scarf" with tha design in english-speaking countries, do you refer to it with its original name "kuffiya" or do you just call it something more general like "scarf"? or something like that?

Thanks.

I usually call it a shmagh, or sometimes a kaffiyeh

most people would just call it a scarf though, as, well, that is what it is really, at least how we wear them here. that tends to be what I call it when I don't want to explain to someone what a kaf-ey-eh is...
