Just letting you guys know. Canada Computers has a great deal on Kingston 2gig micro sd

    http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?d...cid=990.218.987

Hope this is ok to offer the link. Everyone likes to save a few bucks.

Had to replace my 2 gig card the other day, this is what I got.

    Nice deal if you're Canadian.

Sale ends today, so act now or forget it.

That is a good price. My only problem with buying from there is they don't specify Japan so you may end up with a Taiwan card (which has worse performance).

DealExtreme (among others) will sell you an authentic Japan 2GB Kingston for about the same price. Although you do have to wait a couple weeks. [IMG]

Not really much of a deal.

Even less so when you take into account the 6.99USD shipping.

    Shipping is usually a decider.

If you can pick up the order it helps. But that's normal for a lot instances.

I don't mind buying from Future Shop as well. But I try to pick up when possible.

The key for me is I KNOW Canada Computers, and one often doesn't have much knowledge of some of the sources online we find.

It's the Taiwan version, so it's not a good deal. [IMG]

"At home, in the office, at the airport, in an Internet caf or at school no matter where your mobile life takes you trust Kingston's microSD. All cards come with a lifetime warranty, 24/7 technical support and legendary Kingston® reliability."

Sale is over, but the above quote from the site is worth remembering.
Japan version or Taiwan, if it dies, get it replaced.
