Thanks to everyone that helped with my last build my cousin has been having a blast with it. I wanted to ask the community for help again because this one is going to be my Gaming PC. This is the list of things I would need:

Gaming at 1080p
Streaming at 720p
Record at 720p
Edit Videos
Monitor that can be used as a TV as well (Going to use for recording gameplay and play games on the same screen)
20-30 inches preferred

I believe that is about it if it can be portable or a case that is easy to move around once in awhile (from room to room). My budget is 1K I can go slightly over but would love not to go that much over due to taxes and shipping parts.

You might want to swap the cooler to a smaller one. NH-D14 may hit the GPU on the first PCIe x16 slot.
