ROM Hack LF: Pokémon Gold/Silver/Crystal VC All Room Decor NTR Plugin

I know there is a plugin for every other code for these games, but I can't find a plugin for this specific code... If anyone has a plugin for the "All Room Decorations" gameshark/action replay code I would appreciate it a lot!

my Pokemon Crystal plugin have almost all useful Gameshark codes so I believe it's the same thing
