Well, it's basically in the title, just an idea since the site can already adapt its layout to different screen sizes.

Thirded. The light theme seems better suited for reading in direct sunlight a la smartphones, while the dark and black themes are easier on the eyes indoors.

The quickest way to achieve this would be to have different bookmarks on each device when accessing GBAtemp. Each of these bookmarks can be set to use a different skin.
