Hacking Legit cia transfer - No NNID on source nor target

Hi, sorry i had to start a new thread i've asked in the neeb questions but got no answer.

i have 10 legit cias installed in my Rx-nand 9.6 no NNID linked on it. (deleted all games and redownloaded from eshop)

i want to transfer those games to a sysnand 9.6 console no NNId linked either.

if i do a system transfer, those installed games would transfer successfully to the target console? would they look greyed out?

do your have any suggestions?

From what i've read so far for whatever reason they dont transfer over with no logical explanation people in the original thread are still trying to write a tut but they run into issues when its time to transfer.
