Hacking Legit cia installed on a 3DS, is it okay to update sysnand?

I installed legit cia on a 3DS that I don't mind losing gateway access to.

I installed the cia first to sysnand, with sd card A

Then installed cia to emunand with sd card B

So if I update sysnand to 9.6, will the legit cia still work?

why would you do that, but I think it will work, you didn't buy it so its not legit because in the eshop you cant redonwload it but I don't know you shouldn't give up gateway access

yeah they will still work fine after updating.....pretty sure they will remain downloadable from the eshop too, the only one you might have trouble with is NSMB2 as its not actually featured in the eshop, but i think if you unlink your NNID and make a new one it will be added to your previous downloads section

just be sure to make a nand backup anyway so you can always downgrade should anything go wrong or nintendo figure out a way to strip everyone of their illegit "legit" titles
