In Japan, you need to give the Preorder Ticket for the upcoming Movie to a Pokemon Center in Japan. And they give it to you locally through a Original DS or DS Lite with a special GBA Slot cable as a special way to connect it through Mystery Gift to choose which Beast you want. If you only brought a DSi with your game, they would take your cart and transfer it to one of their DS' or DS Lites.

In this case, the more Tickets you bought, the more they'd give as the Wonder Card IDs at 59, 60, and 61.
