Gaming Legend of Korra: a new era never released in Europe?

Oi, so I'm feeling rather stupid here. I was under the impression that while the LoK game for 3DS lacked physical release in Europe it would still be available through the eShop. Thing is... I can't find it using the eShop. :< Might not be worth asking at this point, but there really isn't much proper info available so, uh, guys: am I screwed here?

In the wikipedia list of 3DS games it's listed as released in Europe, but I suppose it could be wrong. Anyhow, any help would be much appreciated.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
