I listen to a lot of (pirated and bought) music, but my problem is that I have a little budget. (I'm 16 xD) So is there a good DRM free unlimited mp3 download plan?

wicked-MF, have a fun time during your ban.

OP, Get a job you lazy bum. The only legal way to attain copy-written music is to purchase it (or borrow the cd from a friend).

Spotify catched my eye earlier and was thinking about the €10,- plan with mobile phone (I have a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.. 'nuff said) and offline mode (my phone has a 1GB dataplan, so importing playlists trough wi-fi is nice.) Ripping from Grooveshark won't get the artists any money (Grooveshark is community driven AKA pirates.) And Zune isn't available in Holland and I ain't sure if my phone handle's the DRM (will look into it). Besides Zune has the same price, but has a lower bitrate with that plan. Spotify is number one right now and stays that way if nobody knows anything better.

unlimited drm free mp3s for free?

To be honest I think that is legally impossible as it's too easy to abuse.

If you're willing to compromize there are a few options:

7digital: Legal, drm free, but pay per song/album

Slacker: Legal, free (ads), but locked down tighter than a nun's knickers

<redacted>: free, drm free, but so illegal I can't name it.
