I'm trying to play the Legacy of Goku 1, for GBA (duh), and it lets me onto the game enough to get to the start menu. However when I click to start it says "This program will not run on the hardware found." I can play 2 and Buu's Fury just fine, it just won't let me play the first. [IMG] Anyone know of a way to fix this? Your help would be much appreciated.

Okay, now I've downloaded a different emulator and it WORKS in it, but the background art is just white so I can't see walls or anything of the such. I've tried running two different completely different copies of Legacy of Goku, one of them the game alone, another compiled with Legacy of Goku 2, and they both show up like this.

Do you think both problems are a result of the emulator and I'll just need to find a compatible emulator?

    Help would be appreciated.

I seem to recall all of the Legacy of Goku games having problems, because the emulators wouldn't always automatically detect the save type they used. As a result, because of an anti-piracy feature, the game wouldn't run correctly if you didn't manually select the correct save type on the emulator/flash card.

According to the release list, the save type for the first one was "EEPROM_V122 (4Kbit)." You can change it in the emulator's settings.

Just remember to change it back to automatically detect when you're done playing. [IMG]
