You could just get it from SCcheats.co.uk ...
They post it there all the time.

jmr's site sccheats.co.uk (I think) has been updated. New ndsinfo.dat is 3/8/08.

(I read elsewhere that jmr was sick and/or having some other problems, which was why he hadn't been updating recently. There really wasn't much info in the posts, but it looks like all that may be past now though...)
