When loading DC games, are they supposed to be in multiple bin files with a gci file, or is just 1 iso file?

If 1 file, how to convert into 1 iso?

That's great to hear, it was a concern seeing it in the OP when I favour that core for the YM2612 emulation, but of course here's me complaining about something that's 100% free.

Thanks for your efforts, as well as natinusala's (obviously)!

Never used lakka before but I am curious, is this the first time the switch is getting a full working sega saturn. I’m assuming it working with little to no problems, since it says full speed.

Huh. SA2B (Gamecube) loads, Skies of Arcadia doesn't (full system reset required to fix) and Mario Kart Double Dash won't scan, and manually adding it to the ipl play list file pops an error saying failed to load content.

gdis are ok but they take more space, cdis and chds are smaller. I don't think Dreamcast games work as isos at all.

Tip for things meant for the front page: explain what the thing is for those who don't know. The post doesn't saw what L4T nor Lakka are, requiring the reader to just know or go elsewhere.

That's all I've been playing is saturn. I'd give it like a b+ or a-. Out of about 25 games 3 or 4 hasn't worked or started and the graphics were all screwed up.

Gamecubes working fine for me but cant seem to get reicast to work. The games arent showing up from my directory scan. They are .cdi and when i load the reicast core and then select the game manually it says failed to load content and takes me back to the menu. Help please ? I placed the dc boot and dc flash in the dc folder and stuff already too.

First time trying LAKKA on switch, I’m was expecting it to perform better than Horizon build. Both n64 plus (so much slower) and PCSX-rearmed run much slower on Lakka.

Tested reicast. It run very well and full speed. No 16:9 support so widescreen mode will look incorrect.

I'm actually stunned I'm making this post, but if anyone is interested, Tales of Symphonia on the GameCube is FULLY playable on boosted CPU speed, stock gpu, with only a tiny bit of stutter when loading battles.

Changing cpu to High Performance eliminates that, from what I can tell.

Skies of Arcadia is what I would consider playable.

On the other side, Resident Evil Zero, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle run like total ass.

    • The core needs the Dreamcast BIOS files to be placed in /lakka/storage/system/DC

    Hell
Because exfat is shitty and the things required literally cut the performance of everything in half
