I heard that you can modify the home screen now and that the Korean home screen doesn't have miiverse. Is there a way to install the Korean home menu while keeping it in English? Thanks.

Ctrtransfer i think. But it will not work with an unhacked unit. I mean you can use it without b9s and luma. But another regions image will not work.
I had an jpn image on my eu console and can't change the language on this version
