Hardware KNOWN Good Controllers Are Drifting

So I've had my switch since mid 2017. I bought the console by itself off Ebay.
I bought The Dock and Adapter off Ebay as well, but everything had been working absolutely perfectly for years now.
The only problems I've ever faced with my Switch have been common issues every user has probably faced at least once. (Internet going dumb, requiring a reset. Games sometimes failing to launch, requiring a reset. Joy Con Stick Drift. Etc)

Well, recently, I've made a pretty terrible discovery.
I had noticed that I've been experiencing drift on my third party Pro Controller pretty often.
I took it apart, tried to fix it up, put it back together and had no luck.
So I bought another Controller, another third party one.
It came out of the box drifting. I got frustrated and let the seller know. They said the controller was in perfect working order.
Didn't push for a refund and thank God I didn't.

For the last time, I bought an OEM, brand new Pro Controller, sealed and everything...
And the right stick immediately went crazy.
At this point I knew, it wasn't the controller having hardware issues, it was the Switch having some kind of software issue.
I apologized to the previous seller and went onto try using the Stick Calibration tool in the options.
For some reason, when I click the stick of choice down and initiate the calibration mode, the console REFUSES to register direction input.
It's not like the sticks are legitimately stuck or not registering, because when I'm NOT in the options, they move around as I want, despite the drift.

Only after violently wriggling around the analog stick does it start to move.
Weird...
I have an 8Bitdo adapter that I used to use a bunch before I had a proper controller. It's almost like new, barely used.
When I try to sync a controller to it, the Switch acts like nothing is connected until I reset the console, then it works, but still drifts.
That's the thing, whenever I reset the console, a different stick has a new problem.
I was using my PS4 controllers to play and I bought them new two months ago. They work perfectly fine via the PS4 Console.
All of my controllers work as intended via Dolphin Emulator's input config.

I don't know what else to do, other than resetting my Switch to factory settings. I know it'll be a headache redownloading content and enabling game sharing again though.
Not everything supports cloud saves either.
I've looked it up and from what I've seen, NOBODY else is having this issue, which just makes finding answers and solutions that much more frustrating.
Thank you Nintendo, for getting me to waste so much money on controllers.

I don't know that such a thing is a switch software issue. I would lean more towards hardware, though I am not sure what aspect of it.

Does it happen if multiple controllers are plugged in on the other controllers even if said same controllers would mess up if they were player 1?

Do you use any Bluetooth sysmodule like mission control or nx-btred
Until now i haven't heard about drifting caused by them but could be.

Another test you can try is boot NYX and use the left stick of your controllers to move the cutsor and test the drifting

I've never personally encountered any drifting with legit controllers, except I encountered some really weird bugs with xenoblade chronicles 2 when I first got it. it was a buggy mess on version 1.00. I was keeping the firmware low for possibly exploiting the system, but I never did. I don't know if it was the version 1.00, but I did encounter some sort of drift thing a few times with a pro controller. it only happened with that game though, so I think it was a bug as I encountered many of them with version 1.00.

Did you ever figure out what the issue was on this? I'm having similar issues where any joy con I use is drifting down. Even a brand new one that's working fine on another Switch. It only happens randomly though, some days there is no drift at all.
