Know Your Temps info


For those of you that are new to the game, here are the rules:

• One user will be put on the questioning stand every two days (or so)
• Once that user's session of questioning starts, anybody can ask that user a reasonable amount of questions they want via posting on the thread
• These questions can be about anything. Personal life, GBAtemp/internet life, pet peeves, questions, musical tastes, "what if" situations...anything!
• Please try to post all your questions at once, in one solid post
• Upon receiving questions, the user that is in the spotlight can answer them at anytime, as long as it's before their time is up.
  

This quirky little activity will help us get to know our fellow 'tempers even better in an exciting, chaotic manner! Those who have an upcoming KYT session will be notified about their upcoming session via PM.

Well, my favorite numbers were 3, 5 and 7. I pretty much stuck 'em together. And 357 is like 99.[something]% of 360. Let's just pretend it's deep and profound.

What got you into writing, and what do you enjoy most about it?
Well, to start with, I used to only write for school activities and such. Then I got into reading, and I guess that's how it grew. Fiction was just so... free, you know? What I love most about writing is... hm... the internal monologues/debates where you're like "this is good/this is shit" most of the time, I guess.

Well I already punched the Pope [no, don't ask me why I chose him] so... Damn, they got Bin Laden, Saddam, Gadaffi and Il already, what they stealin' my thunder for??? My sister's ex, I think.
You have three wishes. What do you use them for?
1. Heal Stephen Hawking and make him live longer. The world needs smart men. 2.Get George RR Martin to finish ASOIAF. The world needs better fiction than all these goddamn "paranormal romance" shit. 3. Get a date. Maybe...

Big Death Note fan. I thought Shinigami were cool, so that's how it got there.

Well, I've kind of slowly lessened the amount of anime I watch. Mostly just whatever rerunes I happen to catch. Though if they make another season of Jigoku Shoujo, I'll watch it[miracle, pls???]

Hm... Mostly rock. But if it's got good enough rhythm and lyrics, it's cool. And I love those piano pieces [usually listen to 'em on internet radio and such.

Oh, my last dream I remember was a nightmare. Basically, everything "radiated outwards in a violent fashion"[i.e. exploded] but they were like pixels. And then there was this thing about a metal hand and a card and... well, it was bad.

I used to play a lot of HM:FoMT. Not quite sure if that's my longest played game, but it's close.
What is the most inspirational song you ever heard?
Well, I'm not really one for inspirational songs to begin with. Hm... You Raise Me Up, prob

I overthink, and then from there it's on to self-doubt/paranoia and it goes to hell in a handbasket. Fast.

Didn't realize the girl I love was there with me for 6 grades. Damn.

I don't think I can answer that, so here's the best I can do:

Not quite spot on. But yeah, what matters is you believe in it; that's how fiction works, and I guess magic could work that way, too

Interesting question... Hm... Well, the Universe will swallow us back in, to be renewed in some way, shape or form. The "souls" thing is up in the air[literally]

Nah. Humans - for better or worse - are stubborn creatures.

A lot of things, really. Being alive, doing what I love, etc...

Be a good son. Become a writer. Be a better husband/father if it pans out like that. Be a good person if it doesn't. Life is simple, right? Why complicate?

So I can accept death when it/he comes. I know that sounds ass-backwards, but being prepared for death means you lived your life the best you could, yeah?

Well, my first name [Vince] is a misnomer. Mom said she named me after Leonardo da Vinci. Thing is "Vinci" isn't a part of his name, it's where he was born. In essence, I was named after the town Leonardo was born in. Or, from Latin roots, I'd be "conqueror" or something.
