1) This is the second best GTA. Explain why you think I'm wrong.

GTA SA is horrible.
Bugs, glitches and the RNG make it one of the worst games there is.
It also seems that the more I play it, the more buggier it becomes.
Softlocking happens almost every run, hardlock when changing radio station, bugs that turn friendly NPCs hostile towards that are with you on the mission, "homies" or NPCs needed for missions that suddenly decide to sprint off or die for no reason.
A good example is 555-We-Tip, the valet could die and makes you fail the mission, even when the valet is unloaded from the game as you're almost at the garage or whatever.

2) After the star-studded Vice City did you think the GTA:SA voice cast was a little disappointing?

Never really cared much for the voice cast in all honesty.
I do know that the voice cast acted some parts terribly.
Most prevalent is the Tanker mission of Catalina.
The gas station owner says "What are you doing son, just give her the cash" in such a way that it is completely unconvincing that Catalina is pointing a shotgun at them.

Nope.
I've heard all about it, read all about it and seen screenshots of it but it never peaked me interest into trying it.
Even tho it's actually fully clothed.
Why not you ask?
Answer is actually quite simple.
I'm not into straight sex.

Then again, I never really spent much time with the "girlfriend feature"
Even back when I played it casually, I never really spent to much attention to it.

what makes it the best GTA game?

It's the last major GTA that's actually a GTA game.
GTA 4 was okay ish but it was too "realistic"
The colour scheme was far to grey, the cars handled like boats on land and the engine made it even more shittier.

what would you choose "the length and never ending feeling" or "gameplay"?

On SA?
I only care about trying to not crash the game and finishing me run.
If it where any other game, first the length and never ending feeling, second gameplay.

best character in SA other than CJ?

I'd have to go with Maccer.
Something about that guy just makes it amazing.
He decided to get breast implants after Mad Dogg made his first gold record.

best City in SA?

Me strong point is LS, SF is quite alright and LV is meh.
Stupid planes...
But I go for SF, I love the city.

what could next GTA or even other games learn from GTA SA?

First of all, ditch that fucking horrible 3 character system and stop putting to much effort on Online and other dumb thing like heists and what not.
Second of all, stop promising things you can never make true Rockstar.
Not to mention that GTA 5 is actually an insult to Los Santos.
Nothing of LS of GTA SA looks like LS of GTA 5

When I've set me own PB of ~7:45 on Xbox.
And I guess when I first completed it on PS2.

Since then the most satisfying moments I had where bugs that made me chuckle/laugh harder then I should
