Homebrew Kit Kat Krashing

So Im trying to use KitKat with ntr cfw 3.5 and im getting this error about actively refusing it

I got my 3ds IP from FBI and put it in the program but then i get the error.

Are you sure that debugging is enabled in NTR or that you started NTR in the first place?

try assigning the 3DS a static IP and disabling (the weak as F*) Windows 10 Firewall (or atleast allow Kit-Kat thru it)

I installed boot ntr selector from titledb and now it works.

didnt want to work with the manual installation of 3.5 I did I guess.

Bootntrselector automatically activates debugger mode.

It sounds like you werent activating debugger mode in boot ntr 3.5 by pressing x+y
