Looking at the screen shots, it looks like that's exactly what it will be like. And a good thing too...

Since I think that Kirby Super Star/Kirby Fun Pack is by far the best Kirby game there's been!

YES! I loved Kirby Super Star but I don't have an SNES.

I'm so happy they decided to bring it to the DS. Wonder what other SNES games they're going to bring over in the future...

After studying the images there's several conclusions I've seen:

1: it's a remake/overhaul of Kirby's Super Star from SNES
2: it has a graphics update using the Squeak Squad style (it has smoother animation)
3: either FMV's or still images for story telling (I'm thinking FMV)
4: uses top screen for action, bottom for the hud and map! I like that the action is rid of the hud, less distracting.
5: obvious new features such as touch minigames.

I'm looking forward to this as it is one of those games that will be very unlikely to work on any SNES emulators for DS! It also lasts a good while for a action platformer from the 90's. It had a ton of games compiled into one. Maybe they'll add more games to the pack! This, I have to admit, is my personal all time favorite Kirby game.

I think I've played this game (or something similar) on the SNES too.

I've never found a Kirby game, in the least bit, entertaining. I've found gameplay to be repetitive and boring.

Maybe this will make me change my mind, this is - SUPER DELUXE Kirby!

Ever played the none platforming Kirbys? A lot of them are better than regular ones.
