Gaming Kirby Super Star Ultra Region Locked?

Here in Europe Kirby Super Star Ultra is extreme expensive! 50-70€
The US and Japanese version are cheaper on Ebay... My Question now is Kirby Super Star Ultra Region Locked
(One of the Newer NDS Games)
Or is it a old one that plays on all systems?

I hope someone can help me
