It's the first kirby game I ever played.
I have $5 left in my E-shop. not sure if I should buy this or wait for the inevitable Kirby's dreamland 2.
At 1 game a week you're going to have a loooooooooooong wait.
I'd rather wait for 2 even though I technically own it. Kirby's Dreamland is a fun game, but it doesn't compare to the second.
I beat this one hundreds of time on my GBC.
Wish I had a 3DS
Why? Just play this on the DS via Lameboy or on the PSP via a Gameboy emulator. Easy as pie.
I didn't mean I wanted a 3DS just for this, this is just something neat and cheap I could get if I had one.
Sweet, never played this Kirby title
Bought a hard copy of this a week ago pretty fun game, if you haven't played it check it out.
I played this and it's actually quite dull. It's Kirby minus the enemy absorption aspects which really takes away a whole side of the game.
Hopefully they'll start putting GBA games on the eShop and give us the Kirby's Adventure remake.
You mean the one that wasn't as good as the NES game?
The GB one was pretty damn good.
Really they should do ALL Gb/GBC Kirby games 'cos they were all great.
I thought they had a remake of the first NES game on the GBA? Can't see how it'd be any worse. Or they can just give us NES games on the eShop and give us Kirby's Adventure.
The GB game just felt like a really boring platformer to me.
It didn't feel right.
There were changes to the levels, minor as they were, that kinda did something to the flow. A lot of charm was missing.
i still have the original gameboy cart for this, i have no use for the eshop, still it's good for people who don't have a older gameboy, you know nintendo will overcharge for this game though.
+1 lets see how many follow this advice though.
Not everyone pirates/has a flashcart/has Sudokuhax.
Next person who posts in a Virtual Console topic saying "HURR JUST PIRATE IT ON ACEKARD DURR" will get a nice big rant in their face.
come on then try me you are wasting time ranting about pirating 20 year old game, jesus, grow up.
For the former, because not everyone has a flashcart, and thus that would be their only way to play gameboy roms on a DS. To the latter...wow. Just wow. "why would you want to pay money for a game most people have already" is probably the most ridiculous statement I've heard all day.
Because it's cool for the people who have the Sudokuhax, does lameboy really work there? If it does I'll give it a go
