how do you know it's japanese?
by the way I bought one of these from meritline.com not a week ago, it was just 9.99 with free shipping, arrived in 3 days and turned out to be japanese.
It solved my ingame freezes and sluggish intros in both PoR and DoS

So... how much is it to ship to Canada? Because I found a similar deal on Amazon, and turned out shipping to Canada was $40 USD

From Newegg, Three day shipping for 4.99USD which is awesome. I'll be buying one soon.

EDIT: Here's the link http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16820134215

so its $14.00 shipped, you can get it here for $10 dollars shipped.

http://meritline.stores.yahoo.net/kingston...ro-sd-card.html

so its 4 dollars cheaper here, and its a japanese kingston 1gb as well.

I like fast shipping so Meritline didn't work. it's 3-14 Days IIRC and I prefer a guarantee timing. Though I might buy from Meritline i if it is guaranteed a Japanese Kingston.

i thought i heard that newegg might send you a taiwan, i know a couple people on other boards got a taiwan from them, and yes lots of people have gotten them from meritline and its a japanese kingston, there is a thread about it in the R4 section.

Like I said in the second post in this thread, I bought it from meritline and it took 3 days to get to me, here in NY, with free shipping. And if you take a look at the ratings in their page http://meritline.stores.yahoo.net/kingston...ro-sd-card.html they all say that it is ineed the japanese version, I can confirm this as I got a japanese one.

Good microSD card
I received the product in four business days, and I live in California. The microSD is made in Taiwan, and it seems to be working like it should.

Only one but still seems there is a chance of getting one from Taiwan

lol, so it doesn't matter where you buy it from. taiwanese cards work just as well for practically everything, besides Castlevania. I myself have a taiwan card that I bought from supermediastore.com before buying the japanese one.

I grabbed one of these to try out since they were going cheap, turns out they're Dane-Elec rebranded Toshiba's with the SD-C01G JAPAN serial.

Decent price for anyone in the UK looking to pick one up.
