I believed Nomura just said probably months ago that they haven't started it yet though he has the plot in mind.

Not going to happen for 2012 maybe 2013... Kingdom Hearts Team is on Versus XIII team and thats current project right now. Plus with SE stock dropping lately I don't see Kingdom Hearts III having a big AAA Budget for development at this time. Until Versus XIII releases, and Now Rumors are coming around that game is going Multi-Platform like XIII for the sake of max profits.

Mind you XIV and XIII are considered to a major flop in the company since they had the biggest budget and 5-6 years development because of the Crystal's Tool Engine...

Agreed. Knowing Square, the real release date is probably still unknown. But, the fanboy in me hopes this is true.

KHIII is obviously going to be coming no matter what unless something extremely radical happens.
Any dates on sites at the moment are total guesses.

Nomura said he planned on releasing at least 1 kingdom hearts game every year. So, I'd expect KH: 3D to come out in 2011.

You do know they're just speculating right? They even have an age rating even though the game hasn't even been rated by CERO!
It's stupid how you put the information as if it was a fact on the title, and it's even sillier how you even believe that.

Besides remember SE always takes into account Japan first, the PS3 is the one that sells there, 360 on the other hand... doesn't.

Compared to the wii they do... There have been few weeks though that the ps3 surpassed the wii in sales in Japan, but generally support from developers is getting quite low on this generations consoles... Death is getting near day by day.

Plausible. I also think it would be release during 2011 (Q3-4 Maybe?) since 3DS will be on sale on 2011 March and there's few games to choose from as of then. After release, I hope for KHIII details at around as early as Q1-2 of 2012 hopefully earlier :3. I am more excited on details of what would it look like more than when its going to be released.

They most likely do it. Also, I don't think that it would be a multi-platform since KH series never been multi-platform-ed. And I 'think' that KH would be better exclusive to one platform. As a big KH player/fan/addict, yes, I like it on ps3 even I don't have it at the meantime. I'll just get ps3 by then (just like when I bought psp just for KHBBS).

There's pretty much no chance of KHIII being in Wii

. The PS3 is the obvious logical decision, or maybe it'll be on 3DS or PSP2.
OR maybe KHIII is KH3DS, Nomura did do a bit of hinting that besides being 3D it had a 3 in the title for a reason

iud liek to see more cross platform, ive got no reason to buy a ps3 as xiii was on xbox and hell i only bought a ps2 to play X X-2 and XII and that was it
