I went to bed when people were still hoping the game would be leaked. I wake up, it's leaked, dumped, and AP-broken. Gotta love that.

How to manually hex edit KH rom:

1: Google and download a program called XVI32. This is the hex editor I used.

2: Open your KH rom.

3: At the top click address, then click goto, then click hexidecimal.

4: Type 010E5DC into the box and click ok.

5: The first block should be highlighted and have 0C in it.

6: At the top click edit, click overwrite string, click hex string, in the bottom box type 37 and click ok.

7: Where it said 0C in the first box it should now say 37.

8: Click file, then click save.

9: Put the file you just saved on your flash cart and enjoy

I was wondering for myself how come this game hasn't been leaked yet,
so I go into a ROM site and there it is!
I haven't tried it yet but any idea if this works on the M3i or R4?

you know, that predicted crash of gbatemp when kh came, but yeah it's stronger now, what happened?
although it kinda happesn because of the nfo and the warning of the news(THERE"S A PIRACY FIX AND IT"S IN THE NFO,BLA,BLA) in red letters

well , that's elixir for ya, yeah kinda sees that too, but didn't expect people to read it

hmmm, but did the dumpers test the game first or not?, i mean they should be the first to know if there's an AP right?

he did test it and expected it
furthermore, he made the patch for KH (J)
so making the same thing for him would be a cupcake

This fix works even with CYCLODS.

I didn't need any fix for CycloDS. I finished the fourth mission fine with no troubles last night before going to bed. So far, so good. I'm using the beta 1.563 firmware. No fix required evidently.

Good game. Definitely a lot more fun now that I can understand the dialogue and specific mission requirements. Combat is tight, and ultimately it feels like a KH game.

Sorry to bother, but the 010E5DC method doesn't show up any 0C value, intead there are a lot of FF values oiled toghether near the area, am I doing something wrong or its just a wrongly downloaded file D:?

Yeh the patch doesn't work for the Unofficial YSMenu on an original R4DS.
But what i did was obviously patch the rom, then i downloaded R4 v1.18 and made the YSMenu into an NDS file so that i can boot my other games with it.

So yeah, thanks for the patch

so its really wierd...
sight guess ill have to download it from somewhere else
