most kinect games dont look very nice coughkinectimalscough and i will never be buying move because i would much rather do my motion-control things on my wii.
Not just like wii. It was built for it not just some add on with no controls.Ikki said:Guild McCommunist said:Zorua said:I have a Kinect but I hardly use it. It's mainly because the games get repetitive quickly.
I have the feeling that this is the case with a lot of people. They got it, it was a fun novelty for a while, but there's not much to keep it going.
It's just like the Wii. You get it, you play some stuff while standing up and swinging the Wiimote around.
Then a while after that you find yourself lying in your ass barely flicking the remote.
Videogames are meant to be played while sitting, with no much physical effort. However, being a new gimmick, it sold well and then bored people. Just as it will happen with 3D in the 3DS.
What do you mean with that?floydo said:Personally I think Microsoft & Sony should have stuck to what they do best, which is targeting the more serious gaming market and left the casual gaming to Nintendo.

Sure, Nintendo is more casual friendly but Sony and Microsoft don't have exactly a huge variety of game styles.
I don't know about you but I don't consider a console with 70% First/Third Person Shooters one targeting "serious gaming"

So, you're saying that a casual gamer like members of my family would enjoy playing First/Third Person shooters? How would you compare the Wii to the Xbox 360 and PS3 then?

"Hardcore/serious gamers" will prefer shooters as a serious game than anything else.
Edit: A lot of clarity. Basely what he said.![]()
Al tho to me serious/hardcore gamers doesn't mean majority shooters.floydo said:KingVamp said:He saying the wii variety in type of gamers where as ps3/xbox 360 goes towards "hardcore gamers".
