Gonna wait for the Gateway 3DS team since it shouldn't be that hard to get 8.1.X working. So with emunand, do you get the features as well or just the ability to play games?

Why not do it yourself if it isn't that hard?


Emunand basically sets up a second version of your sysnand on the sd card which can be updated to the latest ofw without losing the ability to launch gateway.

He means not hard for them, since they already have a 9.2 exploit which should be easily adaptable...

Currently there are no games that come with 9.0 - 9.2, unfortunately.

Why is this? Have there been no new 3DS games coming out since July? There HAS to be a game out by now with at LEAST 9.0 on it floating around out there, even if it's some shitty third-party shovelware game.

No, the games come with whatever version was the latest at the time of mass production, so there may very well be no games with 9.X.

I know what he means but that is still an assumption. It could be an incredbily hard thing to do or it could be an easy fix. Nobody really knows.

They already stated that they plan support, it can't be as 'hard' as you're making it out to be.
