Gaming Katamari cso stuck on "now loading"

I have Me and My Katamari as a CSO, whenever I try to play it, it opens and says "Now Loading" in the corner.
I waited about 10 minutes and still nothing happened.
I tried converting it to a ISO and playing it, but it still didn't work.
How can I fix this?

bad file, maybe try re downloading.

Try changing your umd driver, or putting a game/movie in the umd drive when you launch it.

I think the same problem happens with patapon and a few other games.
