Gaming Just wanted to ask something about xbox360

ok, I've had my xbox360 for a while now and been able to download demos and full games because of xbox live free membership now when it expires and goes back to silver, does that mean I can't download stuff? or that I just can't connect to xbox live arcade or whatever to play other people around the world I don't do that anyway so...just wanna know this

Hi Chris!

Pretty much: You can't play online with others. Sometimes there will be demos where it is Gold member only for a few days... but NORMALLY makes its way to the silver account. Some stuff may stay Gold only.

I just realised that... Its a new feature so I was a bit unclear on it but I guess it makes sense.


I don't see why you can't buy gold subscription though. $60 for a year isn't all that much...
