sadly i dont match that last part as the hardware im running this on came out around 2010(im not running this on my main pc since i have important stuff there and dual booting never really worked for me)

Yep don't even get me started on Dolphin. About a year ago downloaded it for the first time. It worked perfectly for about a month. One day I started it up and played a game. After a bit I shut it down to go and do something but left the pc still switched on. Came back and tried to load dolphin but it wouldn't load. Shut the pc down and switched it back on again still dolphin will not load. Deleted dolphin and tried to redownload it still won't work. Tried several different versions of dolphin over the last few months still won't work. No matter what I try dolphin no longer loads .

I wish I could get it running because its really annoying me now that I can't get it to work when it did previously.

Have you tried running it as an administrastor?

Are you using the official GC converter? (If so, install the latest drivers. If it still doesn't work, the adapter itself can cause that problem for BS reasons)

Are you on the latest GPU drivers?

Dunno what df you guys are doing to break Windows 10 and make it crash as much as it is, I haven't had a bluescreen in like..
A little over two years? And even then the reason I used to bluescreen alot is cause of some hardware issues regarding my motherboard having a bad DIMM slot.

All I can think of is uh... well a cache issue

Or some kinda file that's somewhere in the deep dark depths of the... Program Files lol

Although I heard from a very real and very credible source that opening Dolphin while your PC is upside down can fix it and give you a 300% performance boost

Just use windows 7 or 10, and use a VM for any other os, or setup a multi boot partition

Honestly, apart from the new Start menu and slightly altered taskbar (both of which you can replace with third party programs), 11 is basically the same as 10. I can't imagine it would be drastically worse.

Also, I thought the pattern was: Windows 8 bad > Windows 8.1 good > Windows 10 bad.
