Just brought my second hand japan version of wii u last week.
before i brought it,i dont know it cant play english game, and cause me headage in this matter.
After long time search and and doing research in youtube and this forum,
i found out the way. (expert might know already, this is for newbie like me)

Firstly if the game support by spiik, then go for it.
but quite alot game after use spiik still hang at the loading screen.

    So the solution is..
    1. Create folder games and saves in sd card

    2. Copy game to games folder

    Go https://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/Loadiine_compatibility_list
check each game how to modify correctly (each game might have different way)
example i downloaded super mario 3d word eu version.
    3. Change folder name
    Super Mario 3D World \content\LuigiBros\msg
change folder name from EUR_en to JAP_ja

    Super Mario 3D World \content\LocalizedData
change folder name from EuEn to JpJa

    4.run exploit,run mocha

5.run loadiine, run super mario 3d world
then u can play super mario 3d world eu version in jap wii u.

Problem is game loading using loadiine in sd card is very slow,
does anyone know the faster way?

Please correct me if anything i mistaken.

Install haxchi and cbhc, and install the games directly with wup installer. Loadiine is not longer supported.

    Give us more details:
    1) What CFW are you using?
    2) Which tool did you use to install games?
    3) What exactly happens after using spiik?

    1. He used the browser exploit with mocha cfw.
    2. He used loadiine to play the games.
    3. Read the whole OP. After using spiik is still hanging at the loading screen.

    1) blowser exploit with mocha

    2) i use two way to install game
    1st way:
I use loadiine, by edit change folder name (which follow here https://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/Loadiine_compatibility_list)
    Super Mario 3D World \content\LuigiBros\msg
change folder name from EUR_en to JAP_ja

    Super Mario 3D World \content\LocalizedData
change folder name from EuEn to JpJa

i was able to run super mario 3d world in english ( i cant read japanese),
but the problem is loadiine run game incredible slow. so i wish to use 2nd way.

2nd way: (as i know running game through usb is faster than loadiine)
after run mocha, install game by using wup_installer_gx2.
then run spiik, select us english and run game, but quite a lot games will stuck at loading screen.

so i try ftpuii browse into my usb, edit the files just like what i do in the first way.
    (Super Mario 3D World \content\LuigiBros\msg
change folder name from EUR_en to JAP_ja
    Super Mario 3D World \content\LocalizedData
change folder name from EuEn to JpJa)

it wont work and still stuck at loading screen.

3)some game spiik will stuck at loading screen.

By the way what console version u are using?
