Homebrew Just moved my homebrew on my o3DS 9.2 from a 2GB to a 32GB, now my homebrew is missing! HELP!?

Okay so put my new 32GB SD card into the 3DS and it formatted it. Then moved my files from my 2GB SD card to my desktop and then added them to the new 32GB one and replaced the "Nintendo 3DS" folder that the SD card format created. How do I get my stuff to show up again?
