I'm mainly looking for Nes and GBA since gameyob and blargsnes have worked fine, but i seem to be having trouble with an nes emu.

And blargSNES if CATSFC/Snes9x don't work well.
Also look up ver 1.3 of blargSNES because it's much better than 1.2

    I can't read

ye ah blargnses worked great on the o3ds so i didn't bother trying to update it, i imagine it can't run worse on the new, ya know.

Besides Blargsnes and Game yob (which you've already mentioned), my favourite emu's are FCEUMM for NES emulation, Retroarch for Megadrive/MasterSystem/Gamegear, and Handy3ds for Atari lynx.

blargsnes works fine on the n3ds... and I agree... FCEUMM is better than retroarch for nes emulation

The best is the one you like the most.

if you ask me its mainly up to preference, as most of them run about just as well as the others

Retroarch because it's the only one that bothers syncing audio with the video.
