Hacking Just got my hands on a psp 1001

Ok. I ended up picking up a used psp 1001 from a used book store today which was missing the analog nub. W/E.

This psp is destined for "the scene" as I have a 3000 and a go for legit stuff.

The firmware on the recently acquired fat psp is 3.71.

What is the order of events I need to do to get this to decent CFW status?

more precisely I'm trying to find out what files I need to download and use and in what order to use them so I don't brick this thing.

Not all PSPs are fully hacked, though.

A later 2000, 3000, or Go on 6.37 can't run PSP backups and can't be downgraded right now.

I've only seen PSN Minis capable of being signed, and then only small ones.

I'm the 100% sure but I heard that games under 500mb can be signed. Don't quote me on this though.
